Keith G. Minella comes to Steele Partners with extensive expertise in business formation, operations and global strategies. He is responsible for overseeing business development, marketing and technology investments.

Most recently, Mr. Minella was the founder and Chief Executive of Subrogation Holdings LLC. At Subrogation Holdings, Keith pioneered the first ever investment fund ($100 million) for the purchasing and financing of Subrogation assets. Mr. Minella has been credited for building as one of the leading independent subrogation recovery companies in the insurance industry; and one that has processed more than $1 billion in claims on behalf of leading insurance companies and state insurance departments throughout the United States. Subrogation Holdings was sold to AON in 2008.

In addition to the successful sale to Aon, Keith was a founding shareholder in Access One Communication which was sold to Talk America 2000. He was a founding shareholder in Essex Communication sold to ELEC Communication in 1999.

Keith has held title of President of Essex Insurance Limited of Hamilton, Bermuda, Senior Vice President of US Capital Insurance of NY and President of Universal Claims Administration of CA.

Mr. Minella is a graduate of Pace University.
