Jeffery Wilkinson


Jeffery Wilkinson provides leadership and management oversight for our transition initiatives and leadership programs. He retired in July of 1998 after 28 years of enlisted and officer service in the United States Marine Corps. Jeff is a strong believer in “Servant Leadership” and considers planning, human resources, organizational leadership development, communications, collaboration, education and training, central to strategic performance and business success.

Jeff’s experience touches every aspect of the professional education and coaching process. His positions have included: Superintendent & Chief Operating Officer of the Indiana Soldiers and Sailors Children’s home with 450 students, 220 staff and faculty and 23 million annual operating budget; Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) Project Director and Senior Military Expert for the Scenarios, Training and War Gaming Integrated Planning Team (IPT), Integrated Simulation and Test Segment for the U.S. Army’s Future Combat Systems (FCS) Program; Executive Director of Business Development for Kaplan University’s Governmental Education Strategic Planning Group that developed the University’s first comprehensive Higher Education Undergraduate and Graduate “On-Line business strategy/plans focused on the United States military establishment – Active, Reserve, National Guard, DOD civilian employees, veterans, military dependents, and DoD / Department of Homeland Security staff – and private business / industry leaders; Director of Business Development for Abrams Learning & Information Systems Federal, State, Local Homeland Security & Emergency Management Strategic Planning and Operations where he directed the ALIS business efforts to enable Federal, state & local governments, private business and industry to understand the new complex post 9-11 “All-Hazards” world.

Jeff has a B.A in Education from Morehead State University, a Masters of Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Professional Project Manager Certification from Villanova University.
